Simple Energy announces full prices for the Simple Wave electric scooter, starting at Rs 1.10 lakh, with a 243 km range on the top variant.
Simple Energy is officially announcing the complete price list for its new Simple Wave electric scooter. The Wave comes in six variants across three trims – Wave S, Wave, and Wave+ – with battery options ranging from 2.2 kWh to 5.0 kWh. Prices now span between Rs 1.10 lakh and Rs 1.90 lakh (ex-showroom), giving buyers multiple choices based on range and features.

The entry-level Wave S with a 2.2 kWh battery delivers a claimed 110 km range, while the mid-spec 2.7 kWh and 3.7 kWh versions extend it to 132 km and 171 km, respectively. The flagship Wave+ with a 5.0 kWh battery offers an impressive 243 km IDC range, making it one of the longest-range scooters in its segment.
Performance is equally noteworthy, with the scooter’s motor producing 6.4 kW peak power and a top speed of 90 kmph. Riders can choose between multiple riding modes including Ride, Eco, ECOX, and Sport (on higher trims).

On the features front, the Wave offers either a 5-inch LCD or a 7-inch TFT display depending on the variant. The TFT-equipped models add Bluetooth connectivity, GPS navigation, call and music controls, OTA updates, and advanced safety tech like traction control, regenerative braking, hill-hold assist, and reverse mode.
Practicality has also been prioritised, with up to 70 litres of storage space, including a massive 63-litre underseat compartment. Charging is handled by a portable 750W charger, capable of replenishing 0–80% in just over two hours.
