Royal Enfield Issues Recall for Bikes Manufactured Between November 2022 and March 2023
Royal Enfield recently issued a recall for all bikes made from November 2022 to March 2023. This action follows the discovery of a possible problem with the rear or side reflectors during standard testing. The reflectors may not meet the standards for reflective performance, potentially falling short of the necessary reflective quality. This could lower road safety, especially in low-light situations.
The Royal Enfield is taking action by replacing reflectors on all motorcycles made during a specific time frame at no charge to customers in all markets. Even though the problem was only observed in a small number of cases, the company mentioned this in their official filings.

The exchange program will begin in stages, with clients in South Korea, the United States, and Canada. After that, it will expand to other key markets like India, Brazil, Latin America, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
According to RE, fixing your motorcycle reflector is fast and smooth, only about 15 minutes per bike. The service crews from the brand will reach out to you if your motorcycle is affected, to set up a replacement appointment at the closest service location.
