2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift Launched With Turbo Power, New Gearbox & Dual Engine Options.
Maruti Suzuki has officially rolled out the 2026 Brezza facelift in India, priced from ₹7.40 lakh (ex-showroom, introductory). This latest update is more than just a cosmetic refresh—it introduces three groundbreaking firsts for the Brezza nameplate and, in one case, for Maruti Suzuki itself.
The biggest headline is the arrival of the 1.0-litre Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine, a familiar unit from the Fronx, now making its way into the Brezza for the very first time. Delivering 108 bhp and 170 Nm of torque. Equally significant is the introduction of a 6-speed manual gearbox, marking the first time any Maruti Suzuki passenger vehicle has received a six-speed stick shift.

The third big change is the addition of multiple engine options. Historically, the Brezza offered a single powertrain—first a 1.3-litre diesel, later replaced by a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol. The facelift now gives buyers a choice between the proven 1.5-litre petrol and the new turbocharged motor, making the Brezza more versatile than ever.
Variants have been structured to maximise flexibility. The 1.5-litre petrol is offered with both 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions across LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi+ trims. Meanwhile, the turbo-petrol is paired exclusively with the new 6-speed manual and is available in the same four grades. Beyond performance, the 2026 Brezza facelift also boasts a five-star Bharat NCAP safety rating.

2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift. A new 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system takes centre stage, complemented by revised dashboard trim and updated air-con controls. The SUV now boasts ventilated front seats, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, front parking sensors, and wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Existing highlights such as a head-up display, 360-degree cameras, auto climate control, and wireless charging remain part of the package.
