Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Launched in China With Nürburgring & Track Package Editions

The Xiaomi SU7 Ultra will be available in two top-tier versions. One is the Track Package and  Nürburgring Limited Edition.

Tech powerhouse Xiaomi has officially stepped into the performance electric vehicle (EV) segment with the launch of the SU7 Ultra in China. The new flagship EV arrives in two ultra-exclusive avatars: the Track Package and the collector-grade Nürburgring Limited Edition, marking Xiaomi’s bold entry into the premium EV market.

In a headline-grabbing moment, the Xiaomi SU7 Ultra Nürburgring Limited Edition smashed lap records at the world-famous Nürburgring Nordschleife, clocking a blistering 7:04.957 minutes, making it the fastest production EV to lap the iconic track. To honor this achievement, Xiaomi is releasing just 10 units of this limited edition in 2025, as part of a 100-unit total production run for both versions.

Xiaomi SU7 Ultra: Powertrain & Performance

At the heart of the SU7 Ultra is a tri-motor, all-wheel-drive configuration designed entirely in-house. The setup features two V8s-series motors (each delivering 570 bhp and 635 Nm) and a V6s-series motor (rated at 387 bhp), combining for an eye-watering 1,527 bhp. Xiaomi claims a 0-100 km/h acceleration in just 1.98 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 350 km/h—solidifying its supercar credentials.

SU7 Ultra Track Package

The Track Package costs RMB 629,900, which is about Rs 75 lakh. It’s built for serious track driving. It features a high-power, race-ready battery pack. The cooling and braking systems are upgraded for better performance. Dual-chamber air springs and adaptive dampers improve handling. It rides on 21-inch forged wheels. The car’s rear arches and roof are made from lightweight carbon fibre. High-performance Pirelli P ZERO and TROFEO RS tyres give extra grip. This version is perfect for drivers who want speed combined with good engineering.

Nürburgring Limited Edition

The Nürburgring Edition is extremely limited and costs around RMB 814,900 (roughly Rs 97.30 lakh). It’s not just built for the track; it’s fully street-legal. Its body and interior are made with full carbon fibre. The car has a dual-vent carbon fibre hood and a rear spoiler. Inside, there are FIA-certified racing bucket seats with a 6-point harness. The rear seats are removed, and a semi-roll cage is added for safety. The underbody panel also uses carbon fibre and can create up to 44kg of downforce. Bright Ultra Lightning decals give this high-performance car a bold look.
