BYD Sealion 7 First Anniversary Edition launched with a free 11kW home charger, extended warranty, and added service benefits at no extra cost.
BYD India has marked the first anniversary of its premium electric SUV, the BYD Sealion 7, with a special First Anniversary Edition that goes beyond cosmetic tweaks to deliver real value to customers. The new edition is priced exactly the same as the standard model, yet it packs in exclusive benefits that make it a compelling choice for EV buyers.

The BYD Sealion 7 First Anniversary Edition is available in two trims – Premium at ₹49.40 lakh and Performance at ₹54.90 lakh (ex-showroom). Both variants retain the same battery pack and drivetrain options: a single-motor RWD producing 331 bhp with a range of 567 km, and a dual-motor AWD delivering 520 bhp, 700 Nm of torque, and a 540 km range.
What sets this edition apart is the complimentary 11kW home charger with installation, along with two extra years of free service and maintenance. BYD has also extended the warranty on the Low-Voltage Battery (LVB) to 8 years/150,000 km, compared to the standard 6 years. The high-voltage 82.6 kWh LFP battery continues with its 8-year/160,000 km coverage.

Visually, the SUV remains unchanged except for a fresh Tahiti Blue interior theme, which adds a distinctive flair to the ocean-inspired cabin. The feature list is as rich as ever, including a 15.6-inch rotating touchscreen, quilted Nappa leather seats, panoramic glass roof, 12 Dynaudio speakers, ventilated and heated seating, and a 50W wireless phone charger.
Bookings for the First Anniversary Edition are now open with a token amount of ₹70,000. However, this offer is limited to the first 1,100 customers or bookings made until April 30, 2026.
