BMW M440i Convertible launched in India with a 374hp turbo-petrol engine, soft-top roof, and luxury-packed interiors.
BMW India has officially introduced the BMW M440i Convertible in India, priced at ₹1.09 crore (ex-showroom). This stylish four-seater soft-top convertible brings together exhilarating performance and premium comfort.

Under the hood, the BMW M440i Convertible is powered by BMW’s renowned 3.0-litre six-cylinder turbo-petrol engine, delivering 374hp and 500Nm of torque. Paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, the convertible accelerates from 0–100kph in just 4.9 seconds, with an electronically limited top speed of 250kph.

The design draws inspiration from the 4 Series, featuring a soft-top roof that opens or closes in 18 seconds at speeds up to 50kph. Signature styling elements include BMW’s bold “beaver teeth” grille, sleek LED headlights, functional air intakes, and 19-inch staggered alloy wheelsCurrent page+1. At the rear, wraparound LED tail lamps and dual exhaust tips add to its sporty appeal.
Inside, the cabin offers a 2+2 seating layout with premium features borrowed from the M340i. Highlights include a dual-screen setup with a 14.9-inch infotainment system and 12.3-inch driver’s display, a Harman Kardon 12-speaker audio system, head-up display, wireless charging, and adaptive cruise control.
