Hyundai Ioniq 6 Facelift Unveiled with New Front Design, Alloy Wheels & Rear Spoiler
Hyundai has unveiled the stunning facelifted Ioniq 6 at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show, making waves with its revamped design and improved features. This electric sedan, first introduced globally in 2022, now boasts sharp styling enhancements, refined interior upgrades, and the exciting addition of a sporty N-Line variant.
Hyundai Ioniq 6 Design
The facelifted Hyundai Ioniq 6 has embraced a sharper and sleeker exterior profile. At the front, the redesigned nose features new split light clusters, replacing the single-piece headlamps seen in the previous model. Slim LED daytime running lights (DRLs) complement the streamlined bonnet, while the bumper showcases a cleaner design, accentuated by blacked-out elements and vertical side vents.
Moving to the rear, significant changes include the elimination of the twin spoiler look. The pre-facelift model’s upper spoiler has been replaced with a prominent duck-tail-style spoiler on the boot lid, delivering a sportier and more cohesive design. The tail lamps retain their signature look, while the reworked bumper offers a cleaner, sleeker appearance.

Introducing the N-Line Variant
The new N-Line variant of the Ioniq 6 draws inspiration from Hyundai’s RN22e concept, blending sporty aesthetics with cutting-edge design. The aggressive front bumper features larger vents and a distinctive lip spoiler with highlighted trim inserts. Black accents adorn the lower doors and side sills, while the rear bumper incorporates silver inserts that mimic vent-like details, enhancing its dynamic look.
Hyundai has teased the high-performance Ioniq 6 N, slated for a global debut in July 2025. This electrifying variant will feature unique design elements, including a second spoiler near the base of the rear windshield and an aggressive rear bumper. The Ioniq 6 N promises to push the boundaries of performance EVs.

Hyundai Ioniq 6 Interiors for Enhanced Comfort
Inside, the Ioniq 6 facelift maintains its minimalist and futuristic design but introduces key usability improvements. The cabin continues to feature dual displays for the instrument cluster and infotainment system, while variants with digital wing mirrors include additional angled displays.
Hyundai has refined the control surfaces for better accessibility. The air-conditioning controls now sport a larger display, and the central tunnel has been redesigned for practicality. The power window switches are conveniently placed alongside the cupholders and wireless charging pad. Additionally, physical buttons have been introduced for essential features such as heated and ventilated seats and the heated steering wheel.

Hyundai Ioniq 6 Powertrain
Hyundai has not yet revealed the powertrain specifications for the facelifted Ioniq 6. However, it is expected to retain the existing battery options: a 53 kWh unit and a larger 77.4 kWh pack. Both rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive configurations could make a return, potentially with software and motor updates to enhance efficiency and range.
