Tata Motors launches Tata Safari & Harrier Stealth Edition with matte black finish, premium cabin, and top-spec features. Prices start at Rs 23.43 lakh.

Tata Motors has reignited excitement in the SUV segment with the launch of the 2026 Tata Safari and Harrier Stealth Edition, priced from ₹23.43 lakh (ex-showroom). These special editions bring back the much-loved all-black treatment, now offered without production limits, unlike the earlier capped run of 2,700 units.

Both SUVs wear a striking Matte Stealth Black paint scheme, paired with 19-inch matte black diamond-cut alloy wheels. The Stealth Edition badging on the fenders and a unique mascot further enhance their exclusivity. Inside, the cabin continues the dark theme with Carbon Noir leather upholstery, Granite Black contrast stitching, and premium black trim inserts, creating a sophisticated yet sporty atmosphere.

Since these editions are based on the top trims—Fearless Ultra for Harrier and Accomplished Ultra for Safari—buyers get a fully loaded package. Highlights include a digital instrument cluster, large touchscreen infotainment system, ventilated front seats, Level 2 ADAS, panoramic sunroof, premium audio system, and connected car technology. The Safari continues to offer both six- and seven-seat layouts, with captain seats available in the six-seater variant.

Mechanically, there are no changes. Both SUVs retain Tata’s proven 2.0-litre turbo-diesel engine, available with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. This ensures the Stealth Editions deliver the same robust performance and reliability that buyers expect.
